I absolutely loved being a part of Hannah and Josh’s wedding day! Hannah and Josh are the kindest couple. Their love for each other and those closest to them shined throughout the day. Hannah is a girl after my own heart with our shared love of lists and all things planning. When I arrived on the wedding day everything was beautiful from the gorgeous florals to the amazing weather. Hannah was radiant and calm the moment I arrived and ready to get to her soon to be husband. After the bridal party finished their last minute touch ups we went outside into the gorgeous weather for bridal party photos. The azaleas were showing off and portraits flew by. At the ceremony I was in awe of the many talented family members who spoke or sang for the couple’s day. It was so touching seeing Josh's first glance at Hannah and the reading of the poem Josh wrote to Hannah for their first Valentine's day together.
The talent only continued at the reception where the UNCG Spartones, of which Josh is a member, preformed a song for the bride followed by Josh singing to Hannah solo. It was a marvelous experience and truly an honor to capture it all. There was never a dull moment and the celebration never waned. They finished in high spirits with a circle of guests singing and dancing to Sweet Caroline. Then Josh and Hannah exited the gathering surrounded by loved ones in a tunnel of glow sticks. I am so thankful to have been chosen to document their love and gained some new friends along the way.
